Jersey Mikes Subs inside Camp Pendleton Bases is the perfect spot for a quick bite while on base! First and foremost, this establishment has moved from its old location in the base to a new one. Previously, it was located nearby the gas station, nowit is located inside the same building as the MCX. With that said, the store is exactly how you would expect. You enter, youorder, you see your sub (or food being made), then you leave. Due to COVID, there is not dine-in capabilities but there areplenty of outdoor dining area just outside the MCX. Totally unprofessional, Lexie and Jessica had terrible attitudes and were extremely rude. The workers had gloves on (as they should due to the rise in COVID-19 and handling food), and are touching their faces and external cabinets that customers touchwithout changing gloves. When asked to change their gloves before preparing my food, they both had terrible attitudes and madecomments on ?oh great we will be wasting food now.? Guilting the customer for the preparers issue is extremely unsatisfactoryand I will absolutely never order or enter this store again. The food was absolutely wonderful, the customer service on the otherhand was awful. We came in uniform, and after we placed our order we were told to wait outside, meanwhile a gaggle of people in civilian attire that ordered after us were allowed to stayinside the store and wait for their food. As a service member, I feel disrespected but at the same time I'm surprised becausethis is a military base.
Businesses need to figure out how to post live times on the apps. Reads open but closed early for mother's day. I get it but figure it out, post early closures so people don't waste time and gas. Book a table now
