The food at Jersey Mike's Subs is delicious, and the space has been beautifully updated. What really stood out to me, though, was the team—their genuine interest in getting to know customers sets them apart. Many remember how you like your sub and even personal details you’ve shared before. Lately, I’ve noticed that staff tend to disappear to the back after taking your order and only reappear when the next customer arrives. While this is probably due to other tasks, it does lessen the warm, engaging vibe I appreciated before. On a positive note, the owner is very hands-on and often works alongside the team.
Jersey Mike?s is the best sub chain around the area. Hands down! Might even go as far to saying it has become better than Publix subs in the past couple of years. This particular location is always very friendly and accommodating. They?re always on the ball and have never had an order messed up or issues at all here. Great customer service and always great subs!
Pretty good turkey sub, fixed just right. Nice and juicy. This sub is definitely a winner, fast delivery too. Also tried the Philly Cheesesteak, was not so impressed there. I typically enjoy the food at Jersey Mike's Subs, but this visit was disappointing. We ordered a bowl that had hardly any lettuce, making it the smallest salad we've ever received. Not the best experience this time, Jersey Mike's!
great customer service. eating is great and they try very hard to get them their food on a timely way. criminal prosecution friendly. in comparison to other similar locations, prices here are better.
Love these subs! Just wish I could have them more often. Being a diabetic crimps my style more than I want to admit. Always have it Mike's way.
