Worst Jersey Mikes in the area. Have been frequently visiting this restaurant for 2 years and nothing has changed. Everytime I come here my sandwich in some way or another is messed up. Yesterday was the final straw. First the manager if thats what you can call that stupid chick is rude af. Always has a attitude and constantly on her phone. Not to mention as a manager when you have a new hire you need to be training them not texting your friends on your phone. Asked for a 42 as I always do and when I got home noticed I had a 43. I have visited this location frequently, as I require my meals be gluten free. Tonight, I place an order on the app at 7:45, to be ready at 8. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:10, as I live quite far away. When I arrived, the clerk said we don 't have gluten free bread . She started offering me what else I could have, but I had really wanted a sub. I asked her why no one had called me before I drove all the way over, but she had no response and did not apologize. Other times, the gluten free bread shows on the app as unavailable, so I am not sure why that was not the case tonight. Having given a bad review recently for this location I have to say that my experience today was very different. The associate that made our sandwiches was very responsive to the subs were made exactly as requested. I appreciate the fact that when a review is posted here the Jersey Mike's management reaches out and agrees to review the situation with local management. Do not hesitate to visit this location as it is now great.
The Service was bad, they act like they didn't want to be there. They throw your sandwich together, the sandwich was a mess . They made the sandwich on the counter, with no paper under it to protect your bread from the counter. I'll never go there again, if you take the chance, watch closely how they make your sandwich, and duck because you could get hit with some food.
