Hello, love the smoothies but I must say I found something extremely offensive today. I went to pay for my smoothie and it asks me for a tip option. My options are 15% 10% custom or no tip. I left a 10% tip and once it processed, the machine read bad tip. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? This isn't a restaurant where employees work on 2.13hr relying on tips, this is an hourly paid employee place. This is the most ungrateful insulting thing I've seen in quite some time. Ill take my business elsewhere.
Don?t recommend. I ordered carry out over the phone. I didn?t double check the bag when I picked it up and didn?t realize til I got home that they?d given me the wrong item. I called to explain as I drove back. They said there was nothing they would doover the phone and I needed to speak to a manager in person. Upon arrival they continued to argue with me. I eventually gave upand left. I will try different locations in the future after this experience.
Do not get the fake chicken!! Tasted horrible and even the chicken itself looks suspicious. I wish I could?ve gotten a refund for the sandwich but the employee never answered my question saying if i could or not. I appreciate tropical smoothie trying to be plant based friendly, but please, choose a better plant based chicken brand.
I love tropical flavors, but sadly, I’m allergic to pineapple (such a bummer!). Thankfully, every time I’ve ordered from Tropical Smoothie Cafe, they have happily swapped out the pineapple for lime in the BAHAMA MAMA smoothie, which remains my absolute favorite on the menu! Book a table now
Great place. Quick and friendly staff. My favorite is Avocolada smoothy and buffalo chicken wrap. Highly recommend this place for health and fresh food. I also have the app and if you go there often you will receive special promotions and free food as well.
I love tropical smoothie, just not this location. Seems as though they filled my smoothie with nothing but ice, can?t even taste the peanut butter. Don?t care much about customer service, just make my smoothie right! Never coming here again.
This was one of two spots open early to get food in One Loudoun, the other being Starbucks. We got one smoothie and one egg burrito. They were both well made.
