Love their sandwich's that's not the problem. I used the app to order a free sandwich with my rewards points. That should have cost me zero dollars, but instead my credit card was charges FOUR times for a total of $70.17. Filled out a form and got aresponse email. I was told to call. I did and left a message. Then I received another email from someone else talking about aproblem that had NOTHING to do with mine. I called again and have heard nothing from them. No one will tell me why they stole$70.17 from me. I had to dispute it with the bank. DON'T USE THEIR APP AND PAY IN CASH. They are not trustworthy with creditcards.

I called again but didn't receive a response. No one is able to explain why $70.17 was taken from me. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. I don’t want to deal with this again; they are not trustworthy when it comes to handling credit cards.
I ordered an online pick up order. My husband went to get it and they told him it wasn't ready even though he was there like 5 minutes after pick up time. Ok whatever. He waits around for awhile and still no order. Finally he talks to someone again and they tell him that their printer was out of paper so they never got the order. Three more people had the same issue. They were rude and my husband waited for them to make it. No apologies or anything. Mistakes happen all the time but the issue is that no one even offered to make it right or to apologize.
I tried Jersey Mike's Subs for the first time, and it was fantastic! The sandwiches were of outstanding quality and surpassed my expectations. The only drawback is that there aren't any locations near me, and some menu items are on the pricey side. Still, the incredible flavor makes it worth it!

Great place to grab a sub sandwich. My favorite sub place was Subway now its Jersey Mikes like their subs because of fresh meat n veggies that go on their sandwiches. If we're hungry for someSubs its going to be Jersey Mike's.
I prefer this place over others. The staff is very attentive and efficient. However, during our first visit to this location, my wife's sub was made with the wrong bread. Everything else was excellent.
I ended up leaving because takeout orders seemed to be prioritized over in-person customers. I stood in line for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me.
I was very disappointed! The sandwiches hardly had any meat in them, which is a big change from how they used to be.
