So I'll start with I like the bagels, but when you walk in 20 minutes after they messed up an order for your family and they are talking bad about your wife because she told you the soda was flat and expired that's just trash. And when confronted with it, and asked for the owner, your reply is the owner is my boyfriend, good luck. We'll miss cook. You are not a nice human and should treat people better. For context, I contribute significantly to this establishment each year: around $520 on coffee, another $500 on breakfast and bagels, and at least $500 for lunches and visits with my grandkids. I don’t visit the bar often, but when I do, it’s a minimum of $100 before tips. I always tip generously, so you can do the math on my overall contribution. I scanned the bar for a beer while watching karaoke. The service was quick and the bartender was friendly. After browsing the bar menu, we decided on Thai wings, zucchini sticks, and a cheese steak. It was a great deal for the price - everything arrived promptly and was perfectly cooked, hot, and made to order.
