They shrunk their pizza AGAIN! First they shrink the boxes. Now the smaller boxes are one third emptier and the pizza is half as thick. What used to feed three now only feeds two. It was an unpleasant surprise to have for dinner. That's a 33% increase in price and customers left hungry. What company does that? While I think it's the best fast food pizza there is, the prices are now in the upper scale pizza range. Their deep dish pizza is outstanding. Unlike other places where the crust is so thick it barely resembles pizza, here it's just the right balance—it's like a pizza with a delicious depth rather than just a bowl of dough with marinara sauce. The hand-tossed and thin crust pizzas are also fantastic, but the deep dish is definitely a must-try.
I wanted to place an order from this restaurant, but the person taking my order seemed confused. Every time I told him what I wanted, he asked again, sounding like he was underwater and really uninterested. Frustrated, I ended up calling La Pink instead, where I was able to communicate clearly.
