I had a previous issue with someone using my phone number to place orders and not picking them up, which resulted in me having to place orders in person instead of over the phone. I called and ordered a Jets 10. They are about $16 for a small with four slices. Oh ok. I asked when ordering NOT TO BURN MY PIZZA! I called TWICE to make sure. What I got, IS BURNT PIZZA! The sausages were so dried out that they were rock hard pebbles. The pepperoni was CRUNCHY and burnt. I called and the lady was like it's not our fault, it's the oven and how it is. It's ok. I will not return here EVER. For $33, the pizza should be WHAT I REQUESTED.
I was punished as a customer because they showed up half an hour before the closing because they only took walk-ins. my punishment was a beautifully made pizza that had 10 fold sauce underneath. the cheese and the beats slipped off the pizza and each bite was filled with sauce. how about we close at 21 o'clock like all others so that no one else is punished for a late evening snack. Yeah, you're gonna be awful.
I ordered a cheese pizza and a meat lovers pizza. The cheese on the cheese pizza was overflowing and the crust was crispy. The meat lovers pizza was covered in both meat and cheese. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a pizza restaurant in recent memory. This Jets location is superior to Ferndale on 8 Mile and Telegraph. I will be coming to this Jets pizza location from now on.

Jets Pizza is usually very good but, on June 21st, at 5:32pm, I purchased a small square Pizza that was not fully cooked. The meat hadn't cooked thoroughly and the pizza tasted unpleasant. I just took it as a $15 lost. Don't think I will be going there for a while.
This restaurant is my go-to for deep dish pizza. They have great wing dings and salads. If you're looking for healthier options, they also offer cauliflower pizza and gluten-free choices.
Ordered a cauliflower pizza and it was burnt! So frustrated because I really wanted it. The crust was black! They cooked it to long. Not happy with paying a lot for terrible quality.
well it was my first time going to their location I like it that they close later than the other locations the pizza wasn't bad at all nice and hot keep up the good job guys
