My partner and I decided to give this restaurant another chance after multiple mistakes in the past, but it was a regrettable decision. Despite clear instructions, they couldn't understand the address or basic details. My card details were carelessly left attached to the delivery bag for everyone to see, and the food arrived cold and incorrect. Ordered burger and kebab, chose here, as salad is normally better than other places we’ve ordered from, noticed they had changed things and you could have a full salad for an extra 60p, it didn’t say exactly what this was but as I like the salad decided to pay the extra, little bit annoy d when kebab turns up with no salad at all, rang JFC who said well what do you want, we will bring you a salad, by the time the salad had turned up, kebab meat was cold and dinner was ruined! Normally there food is good and to be fair my other half enjoyed his burger, but mine was a disaster! Sort it out JFC as there’s lots of kebab shops so you need to do better!
I ordered food from this restaurant late at night a few days ago, and it was my first time trying their food. I am particular about my chicken and do not eat KFC. However, the chicken, chips, and burger I ordered were really good! I placed another order tonight and forgot to add a note, so I called to make a request. The person I spoke to on the phone was very kind and helpful. They informed me that my request would take a little longer, which I had no problem with. I have worked in hospitality for 20 years, and I must say, I highly recommend this place! Thank you.
Orders in store after a long night of driving. The guy didn 't listen to what I was ordering. I ordered a piri piri wrap and got a goujon wrap??? When I asked that is not what I ordered I was told we make piri piri wraps using spicy goujons just admit you got it wrong or couldn 't be bothered to make it properly! And I was the only person in there so not like its busy! At this point I would like to say after all this the food at lasted tasted good but it tasted like S#!T!!! Book a table now
Food was disgusting, when it arrived it seemed like it was made ages ago and warmed up. We literally just tasted our food and left it. Very greasy and burnt. When we phoned to complain the manager did not care and was very unprofessional and argumentative, such a waste of money. Best to stick with takeaways like Oasis. Thank you for spoiling our evening.
Asked by staff to pay cash rather than card, kebab sheesh was definitely not lamb and has been salted to death to cover the taste. Pizza is covered in cheddar and as this burns quick the base and pepperoni topping doesn't cook. Oh and the sauce had just in the bag going over everything.
We recently ordered a mixed kebab in naan bread and a chicken kebab at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the chicken was extremely tough and inedible. We were very disappointed with our meal and will not be returning to this establishment. Save your money and eat elsewhere!
