I'm perplexed how this place could have such favorable reviews. Stopped by for dinner on the spot. I'm not even sure how this place can be called a restaurant. Sure, there are tables, but cutlery is plastic (I'm European so this pisses me of, because no where in Europe you will get this but I guess it's common in America), and the only drinks you can get are in plastic bottles. We waited for over 45min because the majority of orders came for take-out and we were just sitting there. The menu features all the beloved Chinese American staples, including General Tso's chicken, beef and broccoli, and lo mein. The staff was extremely friendly, and the service was quick with fresh food. I ordered chicken lo mein, BBQ spareribs, and cheese wontons. My favorite spot has always been in Manahawkin, but I decided to try this place based on the reviews. I really love cream cheese and crab wontons; however, I didn’t realize these were just cheese-filled. It was a surprise, but I found it pleasant nonetheless. I couldn't identify the type of cheese, but it reminded me of pimento cheese! The BBQ spareribs were excellent, and the chicken lo mein was decent, though nothing special. Overall, I'm glad I gave this place a try.
I heard good things about this place from locals in the area when I was searching for Chinese food. It's a Classic Chinese storefront takeout: complete with super old dudes cooking in the back and a sweet lady up front at the register. HUGE portions for lunch for under $10. Ordered online and everything came exactly as ordered.

Im from Ny visiting Atlantic City and was looking for late night healthy meal. The lady in the Front she accommodated my needs. She had a very nice attitude. Even gave me extra fortune cookies and soup noodles. Bought chicken Broccoli, lo mein wonton soup and it was all very good. Definitely recommend
Very good food fast friendly service good qualitySuggestion. Need to have the management of your parking lot fix the lights that have been out for a long time. The entire shopping center is dark at night unsafe and dangerous. Tell them to fix it now!
The portions are enormous. If you're considering starting with soup, like I did, be prepared to feel quite full. My advice to future diners: at Bibence, one portion is plenty for two people, so keep that in mind when ordering.
I felt sick the last time I ordered from here, plus the kitchen looks like a sweatshop with employees yelling at each other.
