We were greeted by friendly hostesses and seated promptly on a Saturday night. Both the hostess and server were very welcoming and hospitable! The hostess answered our questions and made suggestions since it was our first visit. The food was delivered quickly and was delicious! The steak was the most tender I've ever had, and I particularly enjoyed the white sauce on the side. My partner ordered the seafood dish and loved it! I look forward to returning when we come back to lovely Alabaster. And I couldn't resist taking some of the delicious cheese rolls home with me!
We ordered over the phone thinking we could get in and out faster and thus have fresh food. We came straight to pick it up and had to wait 15 minutes to get our food and pay so we could eat. The fries were half full and cold. The sandwiches were soggy and cold. $30.00 for cold soggy food and a wait that seemed unnecessary. Stopped here one day and sat outside where we ordered a to go family deal and was treated like second-class citizens. I was very uncomfortable and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. we felt completely unwelcome. The server Kayla came out and we told her our order and she let us know it was only to go. This restaurant is one of the most popular in Alabaster, and I went with my family for dinner. I have to say, it is the best grill in the area, with excellent service from their staff. Matew took great care of us, and I highly recommend this place for any occasion. My family and I are very grateful for the service we received, and everyone is sure to enjoy the experience.

My meal was absolutely delicious! And Jenna did a great job. I bet I couldn't go through a fast food hamburger joint drive through as quick as my food was on the table nice and hot. I had 1/2 BBQ chicken with collard greens and potato salad. The sweet tea was just right as well. If you are ever in Alabaster AL and looking for some good BBQ this is the place to go.
It was fairly good, I have had better food here, but it could have been me. The service on the other hand seem to be a struggle which I suspect is due from the pandemic. That being said, I would and will continue to eat here.
