Before today, I would have given this restaurant a 5-star rating because they've always offered prompt and error-free service. However, tonight they were short-staffed, which is understandable given the current situation. After waiting nearly an hour, I called to check on my order and a young woman, likely a high school student, answered. She mentioned that the delay was due to their staffing issues. When I suggested they should have communicated this to me earlier, she hung up on me. This was a complete lack of respect!
I'm not sure who I spoke with, but the staff at this Jimmy John's location provided excellent assistance when I had an issue with my delivery caused by my own mistake. The app could definitely improve the delivery address input, but the team here was able to resolve the problem quickly. Outstanding customer service!
I ordered through the app and accidentally used the wrong address that I had saved. I didn't realize my mistake until after placing the order. When I called the restaurant for help, they were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to correct the situation. Their customer service was truly exceptional!

We dine at this restaurant at least twice a week, and we always ask for Sean to take our order. He is consistently friendly and a pleasure to talk to.
