After my interview with Kevin he said to come back Tuesday for training. He didn’t show up and canceled my training day. He’s avoided me since with excuses for months. They’ve hired a boy on the same day I had my interview telling him he can start tomorrow. I believe Kevin is apart of an organization and community that’s blocking people from having a job. Horrible customer service. Madison called us to let us know there was no bacon so she said they would throw in a free bag of chips. Hour and a half later we call to see status of our order and some other girl answered and said oh we didn’t hear back from you so the manager just voided the whole entire order. No call, nothing. Never ordering here again.
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly incompetent. It's extremely frustrating to have to repeat my order multiple times, only for it to still be incorrect. The team seems more focused on chatting with each other than on their work. I’ve never seen people move so slowly, especially with a line out the door.
I observed that this establishment could benefit from promoting racial tolerance. There was a young Black girl who was quite sweet, yet I witnessed a white employee labeling her as aggressive. It was clear that they were not listening to her regarding my order and were more focused on shaming her. Book a table now
Destiny and Tyler were so kind and were so welcoming when we came in for lunch. They were patient with us and attended to all of our needs. I am so thankful for their wonderful service and positive attitudes. Our day was made! The food was next level great. You rock!
Ordered at 12:06pm for delivery and the food never showed up. It’s been an hour and a half. The phone line is a busy tone every time you try to call. REFUND asap. This is the third time this has happened in two months. I will no longer be using this location.
Always a cluster f, one lady is baking bread while 6 people are waiting on their orders. At elast these two arent rude and annoyed but ive never seen a staff work so slow consistently. Always refret coming back in here.
