*update. I did hear back from the manager of this location who seemed genuinely concerned and agreed two orders not delivering is fustrating and not okay. (Awesome, right?! BEWARE when ordering online through their website. I was charged but never received my order. After getting a notification from my bank about the charge—despite the Jimmy John's site saying the order couldn't be processed—I called them immediately. After being transferred between two employees, the manager told me to contact my bank, mentioning they've been having this issue recently. My bank is fine and works perfectly everywhere else. Definitely nothing "freaky fast" about this order, lol.
I 've stopped in many times had sandwiches delivered more than a few times all was good, good service, nice polite people. The last time I stopped in I was greeted by an arrogant young man who just said whatta ya want . I replied excuse me , he said again, whatta ya want . That 's not what I consider good customer service, thank goodness he didn 't make the sandwich. I 'm guessing he 's related to the franchise owner otherwise he wouldn 't have a job.
You're likely familiar with COVID-19. Your restaurant serves the best bread of all the sandwich spots. I really appreciate the variety on your menu, especially the option to skip the bread and make a salad instead. I love the thin chips, and you can never go wrong with a pickle on the side. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is kept clean. However, I noticed that you no longer have the thin chips available.

Great tasting subs, as always! A little late with my catering order and VERY skimpy with requested extras (i.e. very few napkins to go with 2 18-pack orders), but overall, still high quality subs (vastly superior to that other sub shop with sub inits name)!
Ramsey so far is the best jimmy johns I have had. They followed what I was asking and the sandwich tasted the way I wanted it to . Usually I get a tiny bit of mayo hardly any peppers and tomatoes. Very well done and as always fast
Called to get lunch delivered I was told you all don’t come this far. It’s off Alpine In Ramsey. Pretty sure Jimmy John’s is in Ramsey but ok. Will no longer be calling this Place. It’s ridiculous and very disappointing!
Service was somewhat slow, and the sandwich was just average. Still, it's better than Subway. When they mess up a delivery order, they apologize by offering expired coupons that may or may not be honored.

I've visited a few times and each experience has been very much in line with what you'd expect from Jimmy John's, with consistent sandwich quality and service. I rate it 4 stars.
I fully understand I don?t get any of the toppings just meat and cheese but wow there?s like 2 half slices of turkey.
