Completely terrible. I typically like Jimmy John’s, but this location has completely messed up my last three sandwich orders. These aren’t just small mistakes; I mean things like forgetting to add lettuce. One time, they even dropped a sandwich in the trash, picked it up, and handed it to me! This has to be the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place, and make sure your order doesn’t go through here, because it will definitely be wrong!
