The staff appeared quite young and acted in a somewhat mechanical manner, missing basic verbal politeness. Their facial expressions and body language suggested they were neither engaged nor pleased to be there. However, the food was delivered promptly and tasted very good, with generous servings. While the prices fairly reflect the food quality, they do not justify the subpar customer service. If one of my young employees had behaved like this, I would have arranged extra customer service training. Ignoring such training could ultimately result in a discussion about termination, which, though regrettable, might be necessary.
Not freaky fast and from the looks of it, the store was fully staffed. There was a crowd but it still took longer than other locations I have visited. Bread was stale and could not have been baked within 4 hours (as promised). I will not be back. Noteto Owner reply: Your store owners should be reading Google reviews and since your site requires all my contact info, I (and mostother reviewers) will not leave my reply on your company website. Removing those requirements may get you more peopleduplicating their reviews.
Had a fantastic experience at Jimmy John's. While traveling and looking for a quick, healthy option without a long wait, an amazing employee named Angel recommended a lettuce-wrap sandwich. I was served and ready to go in just five minutes. The sandwich was delicious. Thanks so much, Angel!
Great sandwich shop! The sandwiches, salads, and breads all taste incredibly fresh, as if everything was just sliced for you. However, I wish they would be more generous with the fillings. You shouldn't be able to fold the bread without seeing the sandwich contents at all.

Definitely made a mistake coming here. Been waiting about 45min and counting for 1 sandwich. People who came in after me have been served 1st. The workers seem to mean well, I don't mean to attack any individual. But as a whole, the execution is lacking.
The food at Jimmy John's is delicious, but this is the third time my card has been charged twice for one order. I'm really frustrated with this recurring issue. I’m switching to Subway since I only have to pay once for my meal there. Very disappointing.
I've had lunch at this restaurant a few times, and I've noticed that their menu has only featured sandwiches on my last two visits. Nonetheless, the sandwiches were tasty and served promptly.
