We came across this restaurant during a morning walk to the lake. Unfortunately, the restaurant cannot accommodate large parties. So we decided to split our group and make separate reservations on Open Table for the same time. When we got to the restaurant, I inquired if it was possible to be seated at least in the same area as each other. A simple no would’ve sufficed. However, instead we were rudely told by who I’m assuming is the daytime restaurant manager that we “outsmarted” the reservation system, and they didn’t want to take up too many of the smaller tables to accommodate our group. I was given a delightful breakfast experience that included a lovely outdoor seating option which enhanced the dining atmosphere. The food itself was wonderful as everything that I love about breakfast was available, and the flexibility to order separate items rather than a full meal was particularly appreciated. The hash browns, served with ketchup, were a standout. At first, I was puzzled by the ketchup accompaniment, till I realized that hash browns are akin to French fries (duh). The texture was crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. On the beverage side, the mimosa was refreshing, although at $16, it felt a bit pricey. My wife and I just stopped for breakfast at Jimmie’s on 6/14/24. The atmosphere was great overlooking the lake. They offered both inside and patio seating, very clean and private. I ordered a custom breakfast of pancakes, eggs over medium, English muffin and bacon. All cooked to my specifications. Coffee was served with a cream on the side with homemade jam on the side. All delicious. One of the best breakfasts I have had. What really made the experience was the cordial and professional service from James…one of the best ever. Because of his service our next trip to Lake Tahoe will be at The Landing.
Our most favourite restaurant in Lake Tahoe. Excellent food, above excellent service and an atmosphere you do not want to leave. Most perfect for dinner and spending a few hours watching the sunset over the lake directly across the road from the restaurant.

What an incredible restaurant. The food blew us away, their chef clearly has it going on. Brunch burger was so good we literally ordered a second one. My wife loved the peaches and cream salad. Amazing location and view!
Food was very expensive for not great tasting food. The lobster was chewy and steak was also chewy. Was a big disappointment and wasn't allowed to sit outside on patio although we had reservations in advance.
The food is great and the ambience is as well. The restaurant staff and service was my favorite part about the restaurant though. They're all very very nice, accommodating and on top of things.
Very nice ambience with view of lake. Service excellent. Food was good but overpriced considering quality and size of servings. Really enjoyed Breads and Spreads and Peaches and Cream salad.

Great place for brunch, double check you get your card back mine disappeared! We were able to freeze it but terrible customer service when mentioned.
