The chicken teriyaki bowl used to be the best! This review was written 5 years ago. Now, I'm not sure what changed, but the chicken teriyaki just isn't the same. The chicken looks like it was scraped off the grill, and it’s mixed with larger pieces. There’s also not enough teriyaki sauce or vegetables, which is really disappointing. Additionally, the steak sandwich is different too; the meat doesn't taste like ribeye—it has an odd flavor.
After passing by this restaurant for a while, I finally decided to stop in, and I’m so glad I did! I absolutely love this place—the food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and there's a wonderful sense of humility here. The burgers are truly exceptional. As for the grilled cheese, it's just okay. I haven't tried any of the teriyaki options yet, but I definitely plan to come back for that!
NEVER COME HERE! Customer service is REALLY horrible they treat you like trash and use profanity towards customers what kind of place allows that??? I found a moldy piece of cheese in my hamburger and they got mad at me for asking if they can give me a new one.. the lady literally cussed me out. DO NOT COME HERE! Terrible customer service. Was disgusted with the lady’s attitude. Gave me food with hair on it and after I returned it, tried to give it to another customer !!! SO GROSS ! She Started YELLING and even said she was the owner. So unprofessional. Book a table now
The chicken teriyaki is horrible!! I was excited but when I started to eat the chicken had a weird taste. My fries where old and brown! Not good experience at all. Never again!! $15 to the trash!!!
This is an independent family fast food restaurant with reasonable prices and cooked to order. You wouldn't take a date here as it's not romantic.
No way i'd revomend this place is always all bad they can't never get an order right and most times they serve it cold..today was my last tiime
