Extremely kind people, my son is on the spectrum and they took the time to listen to his order and provide him extra plates and utensils. (I didn't ask, they observed and anticipated his needs, which isn't expected but awesome, showing they're good people at heart). The food is awesome, breakfast is massive and the hot chocolate is a special treat. The prices are phenomenal from someone who lives in the bay area, I will come back. Plus take a peek around the building for their daily specials!! On Tues and Thurs after 6, you can chili cheese fries and a soda for 6 bucks! A hamburger m-f after 3pm is a 1.90!!!
Spent over 40 dollars 1 steak sandwich combo . 1 cheeseburger and 2 drinks For that much money and little food , you would expect everything would be excellent! The fries were old cold and hard!!! They were NOT fresh at all . Asked for crispy bacon for the burger. No good half cooked and soggy.... will not be patronizing this expensive place...if I got what I payed for , I would be recommending. This was not the case!
Pleasantly surprised with everything about this place. Serving size for price did not disappoint, quality of food was better than expected, and the service was impeccable. The young ladies there were fantastic. So happy we chose it over Norm's!!!Norm's is good, this place was far better than good!!!
The food is probably good here but for 2 pastrami meals and 1 single pastrami total came out to $65 bucks… ???, I just had to leave. That price is ridiculous. Got the same order up the street from THE HAT, that’s been around since 1951

The employees there are great. They really care about customer satisfaction and I love the food. Classic.
I moved to AZ, but everything I come home to Cali, we go to Jim's. They have the best fast food ever!
