This place is ran by an idiot owner who screams at his employees and customers. My girlfriend had an issue about her chicken being over cooked and not tasting good. After a brief encounter about her concern, and spending $100 on the meals for the family, the owner REFUSED to make it right and yelled at her to leave and never come back. Please what ever you do stay away from this establishment. There are way better and cheaper sushi/hibachi places in LaGrange Ga. This issue wasn't the servers fault at all, just the actions of this jackass owner.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They completely overcharged me and didn't even provide what I ordered. The vegetables didn't come with the hibachi, which was an extra six dollars—something I've never encountered before. I will never go back there again. My order was supposed to be $47, but it ended up being $67, which was completely wrong. The regular sushi roll was $9, but it was the size of something you'd find at a buffet. I'm really disappointed. The old Jin’s was so much better.
So much rice and hardly no meat which I found not so pleasing for a dinner. The meat looked dry and cooked hard. Waitress was utterly rude and not very caring about my disappointment . I sent my food back and I will not be eating there again and I do not recommend them to anyone!!! Prices are very high and a waste of money. Waitress had attitude and kept walking by table with a smirk after I let her know that I didn’t want the food and asked her why so much rice and hardly no meat .
Pretty ridiculous that the only way you can eat here is for takeout and then if you want extra dressing you have to pay extra in addition to the already high prices and last time I ordered takeout you don’t get the soup like if you dine in. I guess we won’t every eat there again or as long as it’s take out only I refuse to order.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I ordered the veggie plate, which was listed as $11 on the online menu, but I ended up being charged over $16. Additionally, to-go orders do not include soup, which seems quite unreasonable considering it comes with the meal when dining in.
Went in to have dinner, was told that they don't do the cook in front of you, plus a giant roach (water bug, palmetto bug) fell from the ceiling and landed on me. Was told to go to banzai if we wanted to have our food cooked in front of us.
I absolutely love Gins! The food is delicious, and the staff is always friendly. It's a family-friendly place, with a very short walk to the dining area. There's also plenty of space for wheelchair accessibility.
