Speakeasy style establishment focused on cocktails. Not easy to find, but worth the effort. The cocktail menu is thoughtfully laid out by flavour profile and mood. Nice glassware and ice cubes. Food menu also nicely organized for sharing. Oysters on the half shell were the highlight. I didn't have the seafood tower, but it looked amazing at the table beside me. Lots of support and menu items from local suppliers. It's a bar tender's dream cocktail establishment and my second favourite in Quebec.

Really good dinner, we started with 12 very reasonably priced oysters which were delicious. Foie gras and beef carpaccio were very good and the lamb was excellent. Would recommend booking at the bar for the best atmosphere and a reservation is required. Very unassuming entrance which adds to the fun of it being a little secret spot. Service was very good with lots of explain the dishes. If in Quebec, you should go.

Chose this restaurant to celebrate my 70th birthday could not have imagined a more delightful evening! From the charming challenge of finding the secret entrance to the warm, welcoming and helpful staff to the relaxed ambience to the deliciousness of the food, it was a fabulous and luxurious experience. Frank makes great drinks! No doubt this is the best cocktail bar in Quebec city, and the food is on par! However it is still a little away from the top 50 from many aspects. But if your customers are all red necks ordering cavier, who cares about ranking?

A must experience speakeasy in Quebec City. The vibe is phenomenal, you feel like you were granted access to a unique and special place.Great wines and cocktails that are just wow!
