It was my first time back in years, but my girlfriends first time. Making the reservation via OpenTable was easy enough. On arrival, our greeter/waitstaff was friendly, but her attire did not have a logo or nametag...but that may be a “Joe’s thing”. Initial service was quick drink orders taken and time to view the menu was adequate. I did have to ask twice for a damp towel to clean the table. The first time I told a passing staffer no response and the second time I told our waitstaff and she took care of it, wiping down the table herself. We were seated right away, but that’s where the good ended. It took several minutes for our server to come to the table to get our drink orders. We were actually completely ready to order and placed our appetizer and dinner orders. We did not see our server again for nearly an hour. At that time we asked for the manager. Once manager became involved, our dinner orders were prepped and served, 2 of the 3 steaks were cooked to near ordered temps while the 3rd was severally over cooked. Our appetizers were never placed. However, the manager did give us a very deep discount on our ticket but the mood and experience killed what was supposed to be a celebratory night.
We had reservations, but were met with at least a 25 minute wait. Understandable considering it was a weekend after Valentine’s Day. Our server was friendly, but overwhelmed and not very attentive. Food was expensive and not very tasty. I regret not going somewhere more reasonable. Restaurant was not very clean and the roll of paper towels on the table were sitting in a wet bucket. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this establishment.
Very bad service they took so long to give us the food no refills on time for the drinks the waitress keep forgetting about or orders was horrible then by the end they charge us $65 in tips when she don’t even deserve $10 dollars

Wow is words to describe this place really has gone down hill, they said it was reservations but more like call ahead to be sat down 2 hours later. Staff was rude, unorganized and just plain lazy
Service was terrible. Waitress even forgot to put in part of our party’s order. Then offered an appetizer for the inconvenience and tried to charge us for it. Will never come back.
Food was lukewarm and not tasty at all. Never got servers name. It was so bad that the tip we left was for a server who did not take care of us.
The experience overall was fun, but the food was only ok. The steam basket was overcooked, the corn was gummy and the shrimp was rubbery.

Wish something was done for the birthday girl as that was stated on the RSVP we were celebrating a birthday completed through OpenTable.
So sad to see this place go it was amazing food and service
