I hadn't visited this place in years, but on December 22, 2023, I finally decided to write a review. A lot has changed since my last visit. The sports bar was non-existent back then, and now it seems to be a popular spot for bar enthusiasts. The restaurant used to have a purely Italian vibe, but that has shifted over time. The food was different from what I remember, but it wasn't bad at all. Overall, it still has the same feel as my first visit—just an ordinary restaurant.
Great food, great environment, great staff. Rick was fun to be around and charismatic. Had a couple drinks, $5 margarita during happy hour for the wife and a beer for me. Draft is down and out currently so the choices were between bottles/cans. Sports playing on multiple TV’s on the bar side of the restaurant. Would definitely come back for another dinner time!
Great experience quick seating friendly service fast food delivery I’d say it’s the best Italian food you can get for the price kid friendly had a fantastic meal with the family I did see a bar area but can’t comment on it since I did not experience it but looked good food was on point 10/10 would revisit again thumbs up
At Johnny Carino's, the Chicken Scaloppini was dominated by an overpowering bacon flavor that overshadowed all other tastes. I won’t be ordering this dish again. Lately, I have been coming here for the all-day Happy Hour specials. I usually order the small pizza and/or chicken wings. The servers are always nice, and the bartender Rick is excellent! He is always busy but acknowledges everyone and gets the drinks out quickly.
The pasta I had tasted like it was canned. I had to get up and request cheese, salt, bread, and the bill multiple times—four times in total. I don’t understand how this place has three stars; it truly deserves none!
Nice place with good food and service. Trends to be crowded most times I've visited, they offer family-sized portions which I really like... and their menu is decently priced.
The food was delicious—we tried the lasagna and the spicy Chicken Romano. Our server was outstanding! Book a table now
