I went there last night with my wife and We got the chicken tenders with cheese fries. Now I’m a regular and she is too. when ever we come to Mohegan we always get dinner at Johnny’s and always get a banana chocolate shake. Well we haven’t been here in a while do to family issues. So the first thing the gentleman that took are order didn’t do right was give me my change back it was like 3 dollars it was the tip I planed on giving him but I had to ask for it because. Went to Johnny Rockets for breakfast after spending the night at Mohegan . We were seated pretty quick . First waitress came over and asked for our drink order . 5 minutes later another waitress came over to also ask for our drink order again. So far service was good . We put in our food order pretty quickly . I ordered ham cheese omelet with onions peppers . When food came out , I received an omelet with mushrooms and something else . Our waitress was no where to be found , found another waitress and asked her our waitress over and let her know we received the wrong order . She came back apologized . We waited and waited then she brought over another omelet . Opened it up and it was a mound...
I recently visited Johnny's Rockets at Mohegan Sun and unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. I ordered five plain cheeseburgers and two chicken tenders, and I have to say, the food was subpar at best. The cheeseburgers were dry and lacked flavor, while the chicken tenders were overcooked and tasted like cardboard.The ordering process was a nightmare. I waited in line for a staggering 20 minutes, only to be met with chaos and disorganization. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were struggling to keep up with the orders.To make matters worse, the tables where I waited for my order were disgustingly dirty and greasy. I couldn't bear to sit there, so I ended up waiting outside instead.And let'...
The grilled chicken sandwich was a complete disappointment. I couldn't even tell if it was chicken; it looked like a strange white slab of something. It seemed microwaved rather than grilled. My son's Oreo shake was watery and tasted freezer burnt. I should have just gotten a shake next door at Ben and Jerry's—my mistake, kid. The staff were unresponsive. I won't be going to Johnny Rockets again.

If your going to replace real food with nasty processed food maybe you should warn the costumers before they spend their hard earned cash on chicken tenders they can buy from McDonald’s Im sure it was the DM’s choice probably trying to save a dollar!! well new flash buddy ITS NASTY!!!! NO ONE LIKED IT!!!!! Not even my boys and they will eat anything!!!!! so disappointed!!!!
The burgers are overpriced for what you receive. The atmosphere is chaotic even when the restaurant isn't busy, and the food is not up to par. I'd recommend dining somewhere else where you can find better options.
I wish I hadn't tipped before experiencing the long wait and receiving the wrong order. There's no point in talking to the manager about it; she seems quite upset already.
The staff were the most disrespectful ever!!! Being rude that’s not the way to treat customers.
