This restaurant is truly a gem! The food is outstanding, and the staff is wonderful! It feels like a little slice of Portugal right here in Norwich. We've visited before for lunch, and this time we had dinner, which was fantastic! We both ordered the filet steaks from “Tom Hixson of Smithfields,” and they were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The steaks were served with skin-on fries, pepper salsa, and peri peri sauce. This is the best steak I've had in a long time!
atmosphere excellent personal attention eating well overall, beautiful experience and recommend it to any norwich native! only the bisque was an unusually small part. I usually only had it as suppe. this was more of a purse so this explains it to a certain degree, but it should have been really a bigger part for £9.50 I would rather have been a greater support of bisque instead of the garnels because it was delicious.
I visited Norwich with a friend, and we weren't sure where to eat. We stumbled upon this restaurant, and we couldn't have been happier! The service was fantastic, and the staff provided thorough explanations about the meat dishes, which we really appreciated. The food was amazing! I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
As newcomers to Norwich, we were on the hunt for a lunch spot when we stumbled upon Jorge's. It was the peak of lunchtime, but we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious tapas and wine.
