The food at Josh-e-rogan is fantastic, some of the best I have experienced. The service is also top notchand dealt with our big group really well (including fussy children)The only downside would be the atmosphere as we found the noise bounced around a lot, especially when you have a big group.Maybe some rugs, wall coverings would turn this into a grat spot.Definately recommend for take away as the food is great!
My view is Indian so we tend to critical and particular about Indian food but this place is a real hidden gem. The decor is a bit flat ( just some candles would already make a big difference) but the food is really amazing - authentic and flat and not too creamy and oily. Our favourites are the dal tardka, chicken chennai, fish masala and palak paneer. Mouth watering!
We tried our new local Indian last night with a group of friends. The food here is amazing!!! They roast all their own spices and everything is so fresh. Great flavours and service! Very reasonable and good value also.... The decor is very simple but it's clean and fine...
I have ordered two times from them through Menulog. Food was actually very tasty and fresh. Specially their tandoori roti and naan, they were extremely fresh, soft and hot. I will definitely keep going with them. Book a table now
We ordered chicken biryani and lamb chutney .... It turned out to be the worst food....d chicken biryani was nothing but a spicy chicken curry mixed with rice and it also tasted stale.. shall never order again
We are regular diners at Josh-e-Rogan and find the samosas to be consistently the best. We enjoy hot meals and the chef is always pleased to hot up the dishes to satisfy our requirements. Well worth trying.
I ordered one sweet dish named shahi treat. Just after taking one bite I threw it in the bin as it tasted awful. It tasted as if it was made in old oil. I hope I don’t get sick.
I almost swallowed a piece of plastic that was in my curry. Would recommend eating carefully Book a table now
