What a fantastic find at the Burger Church! We decided to try the cheeseburger special, which came with fries and a drink. We opted for cheddar cheese on our burgers, and they were not disappointing. The burgers were sizable with a perfectly sized bun, making them easy to handle. There were plenty of free and premium toppings to choose from. The restaurant is conveniently located off i294 at the Cicero South exit. Keep in mind that it is a small establishment with only a few high-top tables inside and some outdoor seating available. Overall, it's definitely worth a visit for a delicious burger experience.
This burger joint is a hidden gem. We tried the cheeseburger special which came with fries and a soda. We opted for sliced cheddar cheese on our burgers, which were not just a boring patty - they were delicious, generous in size, and had the perfect bun-to-topping ratio. There was a variety of free and premium toppings to choose from. The location is convenient off I294 at the Cicero south exit. This restaurant is a lovely spot to immerse yourself or just enjoy a meal. The food not only looks good but tastes delicious as well. The hot dogs, particularly the Chicago-style ones, were tasty although the bun could have been a bit softer. The cake from Portillo's is a must-try. The burgers looked appetizing and were freshly cooked, not frozen. The pizzapuff was also quite delicious. I highly recommend stopping by and grabbing a bite to eat.
This restaurant is a great spot for dining in or taking out. The food not only looks good but tastes good as well. The hot dogs, Chicago style, were excellent (A+), with a non-soggy bun. In my opinion, it surpasses Portillo's. The burger also looked appetizing, freshly cooked instead of frozen. The pizza puff was delicious too. Stopped at this place. Extremely polite staff which matters the most. It takes a little time since everything is made to order. Not ordinary fast food. Buns for cheeseburgers were different, size of the meat, bigger. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I wish the french fries to be fresh cut
I normally don’t write reviews..but I must admit that Retro Burger has thee BEST burgers…hands down!! I’ve lived in Crestwood for 5 years just recently found this gem. It’s definitely a must try!! This will be my one only go to place for burgers from now on.
Ordered several burgers all with different toppings and hot dog and several fries. Everything was Exactly like we ordered food was very good will recommend and that's my new burger spot.
