The entire staff, from Valet, Hostess to our well-trained and polite server, seemed to have customer service skills that unfortunately die slowly. The meal was great in every way, my steak was exactly the way it was ordered, and all courses came on time. Our server was pretty demonstrable in the presentation of as well as casting of wine etc. Dessert was a wonderful cream brûlée that cut off the meal nicely. The check was presented at the right time and a reasonable thank you from our server, Hostess and Valet, as we all left Extremely Pleased
We think T-Knochen is delicate and more tasteful than the New York stripe. Pig chop tastes quite dry. I'm not a fan of dimming lighting and decoration in the restaurant. The outside is cool tonight and her A/C burns hard inside. I felt cold all the time during our meal. I suggest they set the internal temperature, but nothing changed. It's just not a cozy restaurant to dine.
I think this place is one of the best secrets in the city. The service and the food were fantastic. The meat cooked as we liked it. The favor was accepted! We like to share a meal, and we have spilt! After mushrooms, bread (dipped in mushroom sauce) steak and potatoes, there was little space for a fantastic dessert! What a great way to spend Father's Day! We're coming back!
I write reviews because they help me find new restaurants. This restaurant has been rated very well. The server was very nice and the food was good. For the price and atmosphere it was not worth the experience. Again, the food was good, but not eating?fine? we were dressed. Expects more from the experience for a $200 dinner based on what we have heard.

Unique atmosphere, fantastic service and good but not good food. My wife enjoyed her steak (filet mignon). My chicken Xanadu didn't have much taste. The side of the garlic potatoes was delicious. My wife enjoyed her salad, but I didn't like the soup (beer cheese soup).
This is Amazing! The best steak in St. Louis. I would recommend the shrimp cocktail, the fillet or ribeye, soups and salad are always fresh! You have a decent wine list to lower prices. A great place to entertain guests or a dinner for every special occasion!!
Fabulous Ribeye, extremely flavourful and very well prepared. The Cajun shrimp that is off the menu is definitely a must as well. Highly recommend this place based on the food quality and great customer service.
One of the best meals we've ever had. Our server, Cathy, was absolutely wonderful and made our anniversary meal very special. The Ribeye was spot on, cooked perfectly and full of taste. We'll be back soon.

Great steaks. I had a ribeye and the wife pork. The picture with sauce on the plate is the huge pork loin. The ribeye was great.
