Was just there tonite 11.19.22. Made a reservation 1 month in advance with a seating request. The hostess lied to us and said a party had reserved 2 of the 3 tables. So we were seated elsewhere. We were there at 530pm. We left at 645 while we were there 3separate families sat at the 3 tables where are reservations were made. I ordered a 10oz. Prime rib. Which cost $43.50. Theybrought me out a grilled piece of meat. I told them it was a steak and not prime rib so they took it back. 9 minutes laterthey brought me the same piece of meat and said the cook grilled it because they did not have any medium well prime rib. Not doing Chris right! I want this place to have great food and it just doesn't ? If I get a $42 steak (which was cooked correctly but 4oz of it was fat) I expect a side salad and baked potato or potato option included not chili and pay for cold french fries. Told the waitress and she argued that my food was not cold. The other food was cold and the salad that should have been chilled was not. Very disappointed bc as a local I'd love to have this be a go to place but I'm not willing to keep trying expensive bad food.
I consider being overcharged by $178 to be a serious error. However, not processing the refund for nearly a month feels like theft. The manager's excuses about the bookkeeper's lack of follow-up are simply unacceptable. The promises made by the manager to reach out to me and failing to do so are outright lies. Getting a refund back to my card shouldn't be this difficult. Our bill was $120, but our card was charged $298, and we are still waiting for our refund. This whole situation is outrageous in every way.
We were recommended by one of the locals. The “chef” came out to verify what steaks we had and told us he was going to hand cut them and they were the most bad a steaks. They came out not even close to what was described or ordered and the qualitywas nowhere close to the price you pay. I would compare the steak and prime rib quality to Sizzler and their pricing was closerto Ruth Chris. We will not be returning.

Was out on a Friday night, understanding there would be a wait, our server told us it would be a half hour before we would be able to order food. Received two rounds of drinks and left after a 1.5 hour wait with no food. Picked up two pizzas at themercantile next door and had a lovely evening. Will not return.
The food and service were both good. However, the only issue we encountered was that they only offer one type of wine, which is quite unpleasant. We've mentioned this to our server multiple times, and they've acknowledged the problem, stating that they receive a lot of complaints about it.
The food was very flavorful ... as were the mixed drinks... and hostess ... was excellent BUT the waiter Ozzi has a LOT to learn on how to treat patrons cordially ... and with a bit more deference and some accommodation vs bluntness ... make sure you ask for another wait staff !
Out standing place to. My daughter and I were told about it. It was worth the time it took to get there. I advise that anyone that is in Sheridan, fond it and eat there.

Worst ribeye steak I’ve ever had and at a premium price! Also baked potatoes were undercooked and served cold. Waiter forgot to bring the vegetables we ordered.
