I wish I could give this place zero stars. I strongly advise everyone to check their charges carefully before making any payment, as they seem to be overcharging customers by including tips in the per-person charge. They added an extra $2 to my bill, but thankfully, I asked for a receipt and compared it with the prices on the menu board. I discovered the discrepancy right away.

I will say that when I do get the regular subs, they are above average in size and quality, which is commendable given the price. However, this only adds to my disappointment because what was once my favorite place to eat has now become my least favorite place to order from. Out of the over ten experiences I’ve had here, only the orders for typical subs have gone smoothly. Any attempt to order something other than a standard sub results in disappointment.
At this point, I no longer expect this restaurant to be competitive with chain stores like Jersey Mike’s. The bar is set very low, and I suggest you manage your expectations accordingly.
The service at this restaurant is extremely disappointing. The staff is unfriendly and unwelcoming. I echo the sentiments of other reviews regarding the employees. Additionally, based on my previous experience—after I canceled my order due to their rudeness—I found that the quality of the bread can be inconsistent, and the sandwiches are underwhelming overall. Save yourself the trouble and head to Tastees Subs instead; it's definitely worth the trip!
One piece of chicken seriously like this was the smallest sub for 9.00 dollars, I know inflation is high but you guys giving one half piece of chicken is not going to cut it
