At the last Aluna festival in Ardèche, I bought a meal at this stand thanks to the cashless bracelet on which I had charged money. I don't have the balance left. The next day, in another purchase, I was shown my balance that looked very low. After the festival, I realized thanks to the bracelet that I was overwhelmed with 10€ at the Kaba Nature stand. I'm writing a message to ask if the possibility of repayment is very condescending that it was up to me to be vigilant on the occasion and that employees do not have to show the balance (what all other stands have done all weekend! . Not a merchant at all as a reaction!!!
