My best friend and I have lived in the area for years and were excited to find Kafenio, especially for gyros. Our first visit was great, excellent food and 10/10 customer service, so we planned to return regularly. Unfortunately, today’s experience was disappointing. I asked the cashier (a young woman with black hair and hot pink highlights) a few questions about the menu, which she answered politely, just like last time. However, while waiting for my order, I overheard her loudly mocking me to a coworker (another young woman with short jet black hair), saying things like “I know the menu better than anyone,” and “What does the menu say?”, “How are you going to try to tell me what the menu s...
The restaurant is really cute with lots of interesting Greek-inspired decorations. The staff were friendly. The restroom needed TP, but I was there at peak lunch time. The food was okay. I ordered a chicken wrap and the chicken was a little mealy and under-salted, but not bad. I ordered online and appreciated the “NO” feature—it allowed me to select specifically what I didn’t want on my wrap, which was helpful for my diet restrictions. They had a nice variety of drinks. I parked across the street and walked, which I would not advise if you can avoid it—the crosswalk at Arcadia/Sam’s crossing is a little treacherous.
This place have great services and have the best coffee. The food is delicious. The desserts are also tasty. Update: Visited recently and did I missed this so much! I relocated to the other side of town so it’s a bit difficult to visit as frequently as I did in the past. As always, everything was amazing and very delicious. My first time actually getting food from here to go. Nice restaurant and ambience. They have dessert that will make your mouth water. The gyro is huge and delicious. Came in for dinner on a Sunday food was great, we had chicken gyro and 2 chicken gyro plates. Spanakopita was especially on point flaky dough with just the right amount of crunch and the delicious filling! Very pleasant atmosphere and staff as well. 5 stars! Will be back again soon to try their coffee and baklava.
The food at this restaurant is amazing! The Greek salad dressing is delicious and I can never get enough of their gyros. In fact, the gyros are so filling that they could easily feed two people. The staff is always pleasant and the location is perfect. I highly recommend dining here.
This place is amazing. Nice outdoor eating space with friendly staff and good service. The food was delicious and fresh with a great deal of solid menu options. The coffee is the best— would highly recommend the “Greek Coffee”. We will definitely be returning here.

The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and the food is delicious. Having a sangria in the evening is a perfect way to unwind, and it's definitely one of the best we've ever had. We enjoy sitting outside and having a relaxing Sunday brunch.
