It is our 4th time skiing out of Westendorf.Regardless if we stop by for a hot chokolade or lunch, the quality of the food and drinks is the Best in comparison with the other mountain restaurants in the area.Ingredients are clearly fresh, the entire place seems clean and well organised + the family that owns it is so service oriented, warm and friendly.Have a look at the building as such and feel the atmosphere. We'll definitely keep stopping by whenever we can.

Astonishingly, some people walk or cycle the endless zigzag road up to this awesome restaurant. I prefer not to. This premium Hut in the Alp presents its visitors with a staggering 180 degree view, which is hard to beat. do book a table right at the edge, which allows you to melt into the amber sunset skies, once sufficient schnapps has been consumed. Blankets are passed around for the whimsical. great, simple menu encourages lengthy, joyful meals.

In some ways the best way to approach it by getting the gondal to Talkasser, walking up to ChorAlpe and then down by the marked trail to Brixen via the Kandler Alm. There are stunning views of Kitzbuhel Horn and the Hohe Salve along the way. The Kandler Alm is a stunning contemporary alpine building in the traditional style. Have a peep at the kitchens, look at the decorative finishes and of course have something local to eat and drink.

It's our 4th time skiing from Westendorf. The ingredients are clear fresh, the place seems clean and well organized the family that owns it is so service-oriented, warm and friendly. Look at the building as such and feel the atmosphere. Excellent, efficient and good food running at this family. Whatever you have chosen for the service and the ambience is fantastic. Great location summer or winter. Great to watch FIS Slalom with locals. Delicious house made cakes, different every day do not miss this jewel. Nice room with open fire.

Lovely just to sit outside with a cold drink after walking over the top from Westendorf. Excellent food and the smartly designed bathroom/toilet facilities are a dream as are spotlessly

We went uphill from Brixen in the thale to the Kandler Alm, where we eat lunch. Food is excellent. From the terrace you have a magnificent view over the valley.
