I come here for a medianoche every time I'm in Miami. I met my wife here for lunch and then I flew away on business.The only meal my wife and I had together yesterday was at this place, and that sandwich.We have gotten very bad food poisoning. This is the first time we have experienced this in years of eating here, but I don't think I'll ever come here again.
I wouldn't recommend the Café con leche—it's quite disappointing. Is it really so hard to make sure the milk is fresh? Additionally, the tostada and bread tasted stale. On a Wednesday afternoon at 1 PM, the bread and coffee should be spot on. It's a real oversight for such a simple task, especially for a Latin café in Miami.
I have found this Karla bakery to be consistently a pleasant visit. All products purchased have been delicious and fresh. Staff have been attentive and pleasant. There is always people coming and going purchasing products. This location outshines three others that I frequent in my shopping travels around Miami-Dade.

I used to come to purchase pastelitos at this place; but not anymore! I bought today some for a party and the quality was terrible ? the guava seemed to be old and they weren’t yummy. The administration seemed to be changed. The prices are high for the poor quality of food.
