Disappointing Experience at Kaspa's Brighton We used to love Kaspa's Brighton and visited several times in the past. However, after a long break, we returned today, and sadly, our experience was extremely disappointing. I'm not sure if a change in staff or management is to blame, but the service was terrible. Despite being the only customers in the restaurant, we had to wait over 30 minutes for most of our order. The cutlery was dirty, with food residue still on the forks and knives, and the napkins had chocolate stains. When we complained, we were given single-use wooden forks instead.
