My family and I recently had the pleasure of dining at this exceptional sushi restaurant and, to put it simply, it was a culinary adventure unlike any other. An unforgettable gastronomic journey. The Chef's Tasting MenuLet's start with the appetizers the Truffle Edamame Yuzu Shishito was an explosion of flavors! The hint of truffle combined with the citrusy zing of yuzu created a symphony on my palate that left me craving more. The Yellowtail Ceviche was a perfect blend of freshness and tanginess, a delightful introduction to the exquisite offerings on the menu. The main courses were nothing short of spectacular. The Truffle Toro topped with caviar, truffle oil, and 24k gold flakes was a maste...

Honestly...it's a 10/10 for food, service, and overall dining experience! They are spot on with their service and are really helpful with literally any questions you have about the menu! While the Toro Roll and Spicy Tuna Crispy rice were amazing...the Uni Pasta stole the show! The best Uni Pasta I have ever had...I had to ask the server for a separate spoon just to finish up the sauce with the caviar in it! The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous with cute little stair way that leads to up to the place and there's parking super close to it. The place is known for its great quality and of course it's on the more priced side, definitely great for special occasions!

Not a fan... our server was lovely and the crispy spicy tuna was decent. But that's all I liked. Here is a list of not so good things.1) the music/ambience is meh and loud. Instead of creating a nice cozy feeling with the dim lights, fire places and indirect lighting it feels more like a club with bad music.2) the food is meh... anything has sauce, sugar or something on it.. instead of tasty cuts of meat or tasty veggies your consuming tons of salt and oil and sugar and it's just not good3) wine is non-existent two whites and two reds offered on the whole menu and the rest is saki, cocktails or beer... Not returning... too bad

This is my new go to sushi spot. I have tried a ton of sushi all around SoCal, and this is absolutely the best. The ambiance is chic and classy, and perfect for a nice dinner. The service is unbeatable. Berj helped us choose some of the best rolls we have had. Our favorite rolls were the the spicy yellowtail escolar, the toro roll, the lemon salmon, and the amberjack bluefin tuna. And the lychee mint martini is a must. If you're willing to try, the wagyu tartare was also phenomenal. Will absolutely be coming back! Book a table now

Came here on a Wednesday night. This place was pretty empty. They didn't have a lot of stuff on the menu and the bartender wasn't there as well. They are trying to do a high end Japanese fusion style but it didn't cut it. The food was meh. Everything's a bit overpriced. Service was fine. The most annoying part is they charge 3.5% fee for using credit card....... Seriously?!? I don't think any restaurant does this. Def not coming back.

So exquisite. We landed on Kaviar to celebrate our anniversary and then a week before the date we got engaged. Double the celebration! The staff is attentive and made it into an unforgettable night. And the sushi! If you're looking for a special place to celebrate an occasion or just a spot for a fantastic culinary experience, Kaviar is for you! Thank you to Narin and the entire staff!

We had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. The fish was incredibly fresh and delicious, and everything was beautifully presented. My partner and I opted for the chef's tasting menu, which was quite pricey but definitely worth it. The only downside was that we would have liked a larger dessert course; the brownie with ice cream was quite small—almost like a sushi portion, haha.

Wonderful experience, fish very fresh and tasty. Beautifully presented. My partner and I both had the chef’s tasting menu. It was very expensive but also very enjoyable. Would have been nice to have a bigger dessert course, the brownie with ice cream was also “sushi” sized, lol. Miniature. Book a table now
