Absolutely AMAZING food and absolutely HORRIBLE service. asked the waitress if they have frozen margaritas, she said she didn't know what it was; checked the drink menu, found a Margarita... When asked about that, waitress went to the bar to check... ordered lemonades for the kids, got Japanese lemon sodas... AND an eye roll when pushed back the sodas... got charged for soup and salad that never arrived... husband ordered Sapporo Light, received regular Sapporo and waitress insisted that it was Sapporo Light... Had to show a picture of Sapporo Light label to enlighten the eye rolling waitress... No wonder this place is empty on a Sunday afternoon their service is so bad that even the amazing...
This used to be my favorite restaurant, but now it's absolutely terrible. The staff is rude, and the place is in disrepair. My plate was dirty, and the employees struggled with English. They refused to accept my Groupon during lunch, even though there was no mention of any restrictions. I will NEVER return. They didn’t even offer any entertaining tricks. For that price, I'd much rather go to other Japanese steakhouses nearby.
This used to be our go to place for teppanyaki. But the new owners have changed most of the things that made it great. The ginger salad dressing is more like ranch. The teriyaki sauce is thin and watery. They do have a couple of the old chefs but it’s just not the same. It’s a shame :
This used to be my favorite restaurant in the world. Now it is a dump. Horrible service. I had a groupon that they wouldn’t accept because I used it for lunch. No where on the groupon said you can’t use it for lunch. They were very rude. I will NEVER go back there.

By far the worst experience ever after going there for years Service horrible, food horrible, when asked for owner told contradicting answers, so no idea who it was or where he was I will never go there again. Very sad this happened. Very sad that staff didn’t care
Husband and I have been coming here for awhile now and absolutely love it. Great California rolls and fried rice. Recently noticed that the new owners changed up the ginger dressing for the salad and it’s a huge improvement.
The restaurant features cozy sushi bar tables located at the back and hibachi tables in the front, making it perfect for families as well as romantic dates. The service is outstanding!
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! Seriously had the worst food experience here ever and the staffs reaction was to hang up on me..
