Another of my favourites for something quick though reasonably good quality. The general Sushi and dishes that are pre cooked though don't require constant heating before eating are very consistent here. We have enjoyed the change from hot fast food in the shopping centre to...more healthy sushi rolls from here. I have found the hot cooked options like the, Tempura Veges, Soft Shell Crab and Crab Sticks are cooked and then placed in the display so they cool down very quickly.
Came here for a quick bite and ordered their Wagyu teriyaki beef Ramen. Didn't expect much at first considering the other reviews and the price point. The food took a while but still within the 15 minutes benchmark so can't complain on this front. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Beef, Ramen and the soup., even the soft boiled egg is better than expected. Definitely won't be my last visit here. <br/ <br/ Bottom line : Good food. Good service. Great value.
I had a good meal at Ken's Bento Box. Today, I ordered a one-choice meal with rice. I chose the sweet and chilli chicken, which was freshly made in the kitchen. It was surprisingly delicious for only $8.80. It would have been even better if the chicken was crispier, but I can't complain considering the affordable price.
ordered the $9.80 crispy chicken with chili-squid combo for lunch. it tasted as if it had been sitting in the front window for 3 days. it wasn't hot enough, and if the food inspectors had come, I'm sure they had failed. absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't feed it to my chickens! Book a table now
The lunch box offers great value with chicken katsu and omurice. The rice may be a bit hard and the chicken a bit soggy, but the flavors are spot on. At just $6, it's a fantastic option for a budget-friendly lunch. Xihuahua appreciated the value.
redd avocado sushi it was completely brown inside, avoid this place to cost to all. no apologies from the personal. they can't care about food standard for something as easy as avocado just care about something like raw fish.
A quickie in Macquarie Centre. Walk up to the counter and take your pick from pre-cooked offerings or bento boxes. It's OK if you're on the run: just don't expect gourmet.
