I walked in to find only one table occupied, while the rest were dirty. I had to wait about 2 or 3 minutes to place my order because two staff members were busy chatting and looking at photos on one of their phones. Eventually, a young lady came out from the back to take our order. Unfortunately, the chicken wasn’t fresh at 1:40 PM. You would expect that if they had time to stand around on their phones, the place would be cleaner and the food fresher. I see no reason to return to this establishment. On top of that, I noticed an older lady caution her granddaughter about wet spots on the floor to prevent her from slipping. It seems like an accident waiting to happen!
I tried to order a six-piece chicken tender, just like I did last time, without the sides. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible. After about five minutes of going in circles with the girl at the drive-thru who seemed completely lost, I gave up and told her to just put the order through with the extra charge. It wasn't enough for her; she rudely yelled at me after ringing it up. When I got to the window, the manager, who clearly needs a dental plan, chimed in instead of simply handing me my food. She was so “kind” that she ended up telling me not to come back.
I literally had pubic hair in my food. There’s a picture attached. That’s the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had happen to me. Do not go here. Will be following up with additional action because someone needs to be fired.When I talked to the manager on duty, she gave me my money back no problem but couldn’t provide any way to contact anyone else so I had to do that myself.She even had the audacity to tell me it couldn’t have been anyone in the “restaurant” because they all have their clothes on. Because that makes sense.
Tried to call there and check on an application and they told me to call back in 10 minutes and when I called back after 15 they kept me on hold for 20 while two women stood over the phone which I think one was the manager talking about their boyfriends so I hung up and called back and the phone's been off the hook for the past 6 hours. That place obviously has some major issues especially with their irresponsible lazy management

The dining area was not clean, and when I glanced into the kitchen, it looked quite filthy and unappealing. I also noticed an employee making tacos without wearing gloves. I'm truly disappointed with this restaurant.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone! The service is excellent, and the food is served hot, fresh, and bursting with flavor. I will definitely be dining here again!
Worst chicken I’ve had in a very long time got it at 4:30 in the afternoon and it looked and tasted like it was cooked at 11 AM. I’ll give you an F and everything.
It's safe to say that this location is not comfortable with minorities entering restaurant alone with the whispering and avoiding eye
