Went in to place an order and stood there for 5 minutes with not one person acknowledging I was even there. They most definitely saw me but just ignored me completly.No one inside except a table with 4 people n a man standing waiting for a skip-the-dish order.Drive-thru was not crazy busy and they had 4 staff that I saw.Busy times I understand but just an acknowledgment would have kept me there to order but when I was totally ignored I guess they did not need my money. I left and unfortunately this is not the only time so I guess there is more chicken places around that may give me service.
We went to KFC for dinner, and it was a real disappointment. The chicken was burnt, the fries were cold, and the gravy was chunky and also cold. For all that, we spent 50 bucks. KFC, it's time to revamp your staff or train them on proper cooking techniques and customer service. It's shameful to take people's money for such poor quality food. We won't be returning here again. There seems to be no pride in their work at all.
Did you try there new six piece nugget meal ,,,six nuggets the size of there popcorn chicken a small frye and a pop for ten bucks,,,what a joke,,,the portion was so small it looked like a kid meal,,,your not doing yourselves any favours by doing this,,all this will do is drive customers away,,i for one will not get another one,,enough said.
I requested extra crispy chicken and confirmed my order twice. Unfortunately, I received regular chicken instead, and it was cold as well. I'm not sure if there’s a language barrier or if they simply don’t care about customer requests.

I was double charged by their app and ended up arguing with rude staff for 15 minutes. When I tried to call the 1-800 number for help, I received a message instructing me to deal with the store. I won't be coming back.
I had a late-night craving, so I decided to order KFC. Unfortunately, the only highlight of my meal was the corn and buttermilk ranch sauce. The chicken and poutine were cold, and the gravy resembled apple sauce...
My Toasted Twister didn't have tomatoes like it usually does, and the gravy was quite watery. However, everything else was very good, as always!
12 mins in supper rush hour traffic for a hot fresh boneless bucket dropped to my door. Hell ya , worth every penny!
