I have had several meals here recently as we are on holidays and the shops is popular with the kids.At the service counter it is somewhat limited in size and the queues sometimes have been back to where people are trying to walk past. This is during peak time only though I had to shuffle around for a couple of minutes for people to get past while I was waiting in line when the sales were on. Every time I go to Westfields Liverpool, I always make a point to stop by KFC in the upper level food court. It's become a routine for me, and I've noticed that the lines of customers keep getting longer and longer with each visit. Clearly, they are doing something right. Recently, they have replaced many of their lazy and casual staff with hardworking, honest young school kids who genuinely seem to care about customer service and the quality of the food they serve. This has transformed the experience into something truly enjoyable that my family looks forward to every two weeks.

when visiting the Macquarie Center, I was just thinking of buying kartoffel chips for my big daughter. it was shocked to see that the specified chips were barely 1.5 to 2 inches length and which were mostly broken. I wonder if there's someone to check the quality. the customer.
This is the worst KFC I've been to. The food is poorly cooked. The chips not cooked through My burger was stale with a piece of chicken that was cold. They forgot sauce and gravy with my order also.

Not the best KFC I've been to, this one is fairly standard. If you're going to get a burger, make sure it's one they don't already have made so you can ensure it's fresh.

The food was Great but due to popular demand there was little seating there was fair wait time I think they should expand there business due to influx of Customers
The food at KFC was typical. I ordered a burger and some fried chicken wings. The burger was not wrapped properly, but the wings were good.
