Well, where do I start? First, I would like to state that management here is awful, as is the customer service; no wonder they will only have a 2-star review. I'm giving 1: my order was missing items, the chicken was burned, it looked like the last bit of chicken left cooking extra time. The girls who I spoke with at the restaurant were unprofessional and couldn't resolve the matter at hand. The manager reached out to me, but I didn't get anywhere with her; she even denied ever talking to me after she said she would take care of the inconvenience I had experienced. KFC needs to take care of their customers better than that and ensure staff is providing quality food and service to customers.
I've been disappointed with this restaurant on multiple occasions. They never seem to have crispy chicken available, only the original. Despite their advertisements, I've never found pot pies in stock either. The service is absolutely terrible and has been for years, and even the managers don't seem to know what's going on. I really think the owners should consider selling it to someone with more experience in the fast food industry. They need to make some major changes, and I mean that both in terms of service and cleanliness. I decided to try the new chicken wraps and ordered two classic, one spicy slaw, and one mac and cheese. However, I received two mac and cheeses instead of what I ordered, along with one classic and one spicy wrap. Despite this mix-up, the wraps were really tasty, and the spicy one was my favorite. I'm glad to hear they’re here to stay and not just a limited-time offering!

The service was good, cashier was friendly but the chicken tasted really old and it was extremely saggy even though it only took me a few minutes to get home and open the box.
I waited a long time in the drive-thru, and I'm still waiting as I write this. No one has come to the window to inform me about how long the wait will be.
