On July 12 2022 at 12 noon. I came to KFC on 31st St. There was Swarms of Pigeons the parking lot. Hard to get in and out of the driveway. Staff in KFC was not friendly I ordered two famous Bowls. The chicken was cold and mashed potatoes was like warm. I brought it back up to the counter the female manager said I bought it I couldn't get it replaced at all. She told me that corporate office wouldn't do anything to make it right. Then I noticed a Sign Still up after the Coronavirus has been lifted saying NO REFILLS on drinks. The popcorn chicken had an unpleasant texture, reminiscent of a rock that had been buried for decades. Surprisingly, it was the only decent item on the menu. Unfortunately, my mom ended up chipping her tooth on it. Whenever I tried to order sides, they were never included with my meal. The food was served cold and seemed outdated. Additionally, the staff were unwelcoming and rushed us throughout our visit. I would advise against ordering any food that is too old, too cold, or poses a risk to your dental health.
Fill ‘er up Box was really tasty. The tenders were mixed in with the fries so at first we thought it was a ripoff. The tenders were well seasoned and tender inside, with a nice crispy exterior. Great sauces. I asked for honey sauce for the biscuits and it was not given. To me, the biscuits are a bit dry without honey, but I’m not a big bread eater. The fries were on point and I have very high standards for french fries. Good value.
I was so suprised! This KFC has really done alot of work! Clean inside extremely well done, the food was fresh, hot, well cooked, prices are average . The service was friendly and done in a timely manner. I haven't been there in a few years I was so suprised at how much it has changed. Definitely will go back and I recommend the service food and ambience there . Well done to that place.

I won’t say too much, but the inside of the restaurant is very dark and dimly lit. The food display with the plastic cover isn't bad, but it’s difficult to hear the staff. The most disappointing aspect is that the menu doesn’t match what they serve. For the prices they charge, you could easily dine at a proper restaurant instead of opting for fast food.
Went there to pick up my DoorDash pick up and employee didn’t even make the order they told me it will take them 20min to cook the chicken ?like I am not dumb they were about to close at 7 and we went there at 6:30 so no shii they will say it will take them 20min really bad service!!! And fun fact I broke my streaks for delivery cause of them
Got to this location the other day and went through the drive thru, I ordered and the person said I 'm not Mother F× @EN gonna make that, we going to close soon! . I will NEVER EVER IN ONE MILLION YEARS EVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE! FILTHY PARKING LOT AS WELL! Avoid like the plague!
The lady and Justin were so kind! And I loved both of their energy! Can they come to the kfc by western! We need more people like them, not just in the KFC, but in the restaurants because they bring people’s energy up and make everyone’s day!
