I really like mashed potatoes and gravy from here. But they forgot that, my daughters apple sauce and they gave me diet instead of cherry Pepsi. Not impressed. And to boot, the woman who was taking my order in the drive thru got upset when she couldn'tunderstand me due to several loud sirens going by (police and ambulance) not my fault. She didn't let me finish ordering. Hadto add it at the window ????????. When I went in for the mashed potatoes at least, the manager on duty was very polite. Thatdefused me before I got upset.
Literally been waiting for my food for 30 minutes on my own Doordash order when my food was supposed to be ready 15 minutes ago. They told me it was a 15-20 minute wait. What's the point of them accepting Doordash orders when they can't even be on time? Horrible staff. Fire them all and replace them with competent decent people who knows who m good to go their jobs.
Unfortunately, the woman taking orders has a poor attitude, which seems to be a common issue based on reviews I've read here and on Yelp. It was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to be yelled at through the intercom after simply asking a question about our meal. I’ve come to realize that this is the price we often pay for fast food.
Avoid this place at all costs. They consistently give me chicken instead of the tenders I ordered. When I showed up at the drive-thru 10 minutes early, the manager yelled and cursed at me. Do yourself a favor and go to the KFC in Oakland on San Pablo—this location will make you regret not heeding this advice.

I ordered online. And it says its ready to be pick up. Got there at 8:20pm. One person is ahead of me, waited for another 6 minutes. When I asked for my order they said that its not ready. That I have to wait for another 7 minutes. I'm not going back to this KFC branch.
I waited in line for 18 minutes just to order a large mashed potatoes and a soda, but no one came to assist me during that time. The soda fountain for customers was out of order, and when I finally received my drink, it was the wrong one.
