The drive-thru team member Aliana is very rude and passive aggressive. She is also the “team trainer” which is surprising to me. We ordered a piece tender meal wanted to change it to a piece. The only difference in this was adding one more tender nothing else changes because all the meals come with the same items and paying the difference in price which I believe is I was okay with.We tried to get her attention before her continuing to pack our two meals but she didn’t allow us to pull up to the window, she put a stop hand gesture, therefore we didn’t pull forward. It was just her arm out the window doing this gesture she didn’t even have her face out the window to look at us, so we shouted...
The fried chicken sandwich from Colonel's is delicious and affordable. The bun is hearty, the chicken is crispy, and the pickles are excellent. I like to switch out the mayonnaise for KFC sauce. The service is fast and friendly, but they forgot to ask me about my drink choice with the combo meal last time I visited, and I ended up with a Pepsi instead. This is the only problem I have encountered at this restaurant.
I had a great experience at this KFC thanks to the friendly and efficient service from the girl at the drive-through window and the young man cooking. The staff were so helpful and fast, making my visit truly enjoyable. I now love this KFC because of the amazing people that work there. The location is also great.
Just ok. KFC is not as good as used to be.I guess with places like Popeye's Chicken, Publix fried Chicken or even the best fried chicken in town like Churches Chicken. KFC is just mediocre. Also the size of the chicken they serve, could pass off as pigeons.
