Usually, they get my order right, but about 20% of the time, they don't. Their prices are higher compared to other KFC locations, and they haven't had any chicken deals for a very long time. However, their chicken is quite good. The drive-thru typically operates smoothly with minimal wait times. The staff is generally helpful and friendly. The parking lot is decent, and public transportation is nearby. Unfortunately, they never answer the phone when I call to report an order mistake. I've been a customer here for several years. It would be great if they brought back KFC coupons.
Most of the time they get my order correct, but 20% they don't. Prices are on the higher side than other tb/kfc locations, they haven't had any KFC chicken deals in a VERY VERY long time. But their chicken is good. Drive thru usually runs pretty smoothly,not usually a very long wait. Staff is helpful nice most of the time. Parking lot is ok. Public transit is close by. THEYNEVER ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN YOU CALL TO TELL THEM THEY GOT YOUR ORDER WRONG. I've been going here for several years. Bring backKFC coupons.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but when I took it out of the bag, all the pickles were piled on top of each other. The meat and bun were not properly aligned, and the white wrapper that you usually use to secure it before placing it in the foil bag wasn't wrapped correctly. As a result, everything fell apart as I tried to take it out of the bag.
Second time they did not have ANY chicken breasts. If they stop cooking in the evening then they should just close early. No point in wasting someone's time. They didn't even have the courtesy to tell me when I was ordering that they were out found outat the window. Too late by then to choose something else. Horrible place to go.
The signage at KFC states that the restaurant closes at 11 PM, but when I arrived at 9:30 PM, the doors were locked and no service was available. Although the employees noticed me, they ignored my presence without any communication. I was disappointed as I was looking forward to exploring their menu.
KFC is always a great spot for a quick meal on the go. I've loved their fried chicken since I was a kid, and it still hits the spot—so delicious and finger-licking good!
