This is the WORST KFC in the country!! Having eaten at many KFCs across England this is by FAR the worst. Every time I give them the benefit of the doubt they surprise me with yet again a new disappointment. The service is slow. The...chicken is not as nice. They get your order wrong or miss items. They let you queue for 35 minutes waiting before claiming they can’t accept card payments. The list honestly is longer than my arm. There is another chicken shop on station hill which will cost you less and give you what you order correctly in half the time. Don’t waste your efforts on this sub par restaurant. I went to KFC on Sunday, April 10th and asked for a boneless meal, but they said they were out of mini-fillets. It was around 9:40pm when I placed my order, and they told me it would be a 15-minute wait while they cooked it. After 30 minutes of waiting, I checked on my order and no one knew about it. It turns out they had even forgotten to put the order on the screen. The staff member who took our order seemed disappointed. I will not be returning to this KFC.
Probably one of the worst run KFC restaurants in the UK. Staff are kids that got rejected by MacDonalds, they always get the order wrong and have a attitude of I don't care. The food at best if you are lucky) is just about...edible to absolutely minging. People who give this place anything about 2 stars obviously likes to eat their own feces, which to be honest probably tastes better then the slop sold here.
When I went to order at the counter, the till was not working, so I was directed to order on the kiosk. Unfortunately, wraps and large drinks were not available on the kiosk, so I had to go back to the till to complete my order. The packaging was not up to par and the employees seemed to think that the grater needed a cleaning.

Always a problem at this restaurant. Either you are missing something or it's over cooked or under cooled or cold.... complained to the franchise time and time again and nothing gets sorted out....Avoid
14 piece bucket asked for no legs as I can not eat them was told (I we do my best) and then get home to find 9 legs not good and never again think thay must think this is funny well, stick your kfc ,
I don't understand how they can get gravy from baked beans that are beyond me, but the personal is not 100% as they just grunt and give them the wrong badest kfc in the uk to far
