I ordered through drive through. The parking lot is a bit beat up and could use being replaced. The staff was incredibly kind and thorough. As I was pulling away a young man ran out to my car before I pulled out completely to give me my chocolate chip cake I got for my children and I appreciate that so very much. He made sure I wouldn't be upset when I got home and realized I didn't have my whole order. That is going above and beyond and I truly appreciate that.. This would be the staff that worked on 12/8/23 around 8p.m.Thank you young man (wish I would've asked his name but he did have dark longer hair)
I ordered two meals last night and was disappointed to receive old, greasy, and unappetizing chicken. When spending around $30 on food, I expect the quality to be consistent and satisfying. It is important to respect customers' hard-earned money and provide them with quality meals.
Idk if the employees are aware but a famous bowl is almost $8 now. Got mine and it is half filled with six pathetic dry pieces of chicken. I used to get full off one of these. Yea, I’m kinda pissed. Won’t be back to this location.
I went to pick up my online order tonight and ended up with the wrong bag. I just wanted to say that they corrected the mistake with no hassle or wasted time. The customer service and all employees were excellent.

Fast Drive-Thru service, food was made hot and fresh. The Gentleman Labour Drive-Thru was very friendly and assured me that he would soon be with me and could quickly take care of it.
The coleslaw at this restaurant is terrible. It tastes like sawdust and is not good at all. Additionally, they forgot half of my order.
Guy taking orders was very rude needs to work somewhere not helping people. Will never go back to this location.
