I ordered the original chicken thighs and found them to be very tough. I returned them to the counter and the staff claimed that the chicken was original and that it only appeared hard due to their cooking process. Despite my skepticism, I trusted the cashier's assurance as I had purchased the chicken for my husband who enjoys KFC. Upon returning home, my husband was extremely displeased with the tough and burnt chicken, prompting him to call the restaurant to file a complaint. I was visiting my sister and live 50 miles away, so this experience was particularly disappointing. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
I have been frequenting this restaurant for a while now, and I must say that their quality has greatly improved recently. The chicken is moist and flavorful, the sides are consistently delicious, and the fountain drinks are always refreshing. The staff provides excellent customer service and they are fairly young. My only issue is that the dining room fixtures could use some updating. However, overall, this location is a definite must-visit for KFC lovers!
I ordered a special online and picked it up at the drive-thru. When I got home, the food was so overcooked and burnt that I couldn't even tell what meat it was. The next day, I went back to the restaurant and asked about the dark and greasy chicken. The manager was too busy talking to the cashier to address my concerns. It had been three years since my last visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last after a roach crawled out from my table.

First time I've ever stopped at KFC in MP. Absolutely delicious and hot. I tried the new mash potatoe bowl and a biscuit. Customer service was great also. Thank you for the kindness and a delicious lunch under 10 dollars!! Neither are around much anymore ?
The worse chicken I've ever gotten from KFC! Chicken is burned, and had no flavor. Been going downhill for a few years and this will be my last visit!
The restaurant is extremely dirty! The restroom is absolutely revolting! The food is stale and cold! I am demanding a refund and leaving immediately!
Closest KFC around so it's always good. Last 2 times we've been there we've had to wait for chicken. So we know it's fresh. Sweet tea is always good.

Soda machines not working properly. Floor is dirty. Some loud Muzak blaring. Food took forever to get out.
