My husband ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich Big Box with a drink. He really enjoyed the sandwich, but they didn't provide any napkins or ketchup for the fries. It seems that you have to specifically request these items when using the drive-thru. Unfortunately, not being able to eat his fries with ketchup or properly clean his hands after eating the messy sandwich (which had mayo everywhere) led him to give the restaurant 3 stars.
The drive-through employee was outstanding, but sadly, that was the only good part of our visit. There appeared to be a shortage of tortillas, as we waited 20 minutes just to get a bowl of potatoes topped with cheese sauce and sour cream meant for our spicy potato soft taco. The beefy 5-layer burrito was coated with a strange watery substance, which led us to discard it.
I have visited this KFC regularly over the past year. However, on numerous occasions, I've been told that certain menu items are unavailable. During my last three visits, there were no Chicken Pot Pies, no chicken nuggets twice, and no original chicken twice. While the staff is friendly and apologetic, it doesn’t compensate for the missing menu options.
The guy working the drive through was fantastic. That is where the great experience stopped. Must be a tortilla shortage...20 minute wait to get a bowl of potatoes, cheese sauce and sour cream for the spicy potato soft taco . A short staffed, overwhelmed crew suffering computer problems, Mrs. Angry here, Mr. Grumpy there and KFC/ TB gave textbook customer service eventhough I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for a bucket of chicken. Customer service don't get no better than that in all seriousness. The employees' smiles were great!
KFC at this location is filthy, the staff are rude, and they seem quite unprofessional. They rarely get your order right, and the menu often runs out of the bucket of chicken. I usually eat at other KFC branches, which sometimes makes me forget how awful this one truly is.
This place is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff never have anything stocked , always out of chicken. The employees always seem higher than kite’s. Very poor quality. Will never go to this restaurant again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The restaurant appears to have not been cleaned in years. Workers outside were seen smoking, then went inside to handle food without washing their hands. This is a disgusting and unhygienic place with terrible customer service. Book a table now

"The lobster tails were tough and rubbery, and at $45, I ended up taking most of it home for my dog. The other dishes were decent, but the chowder was the standout for both my husband and me."
